Bully (Independent Film)

Two evenings ago, I accompanied my sister to the Angelika Film Center located around Soho; to watch a documentary called Bully. The film shows how brutal and cruel kids are amongst each other, with or without supervision of an adult.. And what these children that are being bullied do when they feel that enough is enough. They've documented the lives of the families of two young boys, who've committed suicide after they'd felt pressured and attacked by bullies. There is no way to describe how this film drains you emotionally, because it touches you whether you've been bullied or not; you've either watched someone get bullied, have been the bully or been bullied. While watching the film, I cried like a baby, I laughed, I felt angry... It is too much to take in at once! But I feel that everyone should watch this documentary and realize what we've been ignoring, and why it needs to be stopped!
